We take pride in doing it right. No shortcuts, no quick wipe-downs—just solid, careful work that keeps your bike running the way it should.

Below you’ll find our service packages, built to match what your bike actually needs—from a simple refresh to a full tune-up.

Level 1 - Essential Tune Up — $75
Spring/Opening Sale - $30

Valid until April 17th, 2026

Our most popular service.

This package is designed to keep your bike running smoothly and extend the life of your components through cleaning, lubrication, and inspection.

A refreshed drivetrain and properly lubricated components reduce wear, improve performance, and help prevent costly repairs down the road.

This service also allows us to identify any issues early and recommend further work only if needed.

Cleaning & Lubrication

• Frame wipe down

• Wheel surface wipe down

• Light drivetrain refresh (no full degrease)

• Chain lubrication

• External cable lubrication (no disassembly)

Inspection & Safety Check

• Frame and fork inspection

• Wheels, rims, and spokes

• Tire condition and pressure set

• Drivetrain wear (chain, cassette, chainrings)

• Cables and housing condition

• Bolt check (critical fasteners)

Service Work

• Essential Brake Service

  • Inspect pads (wear & alignment)

  • Align pads to rim/rotor

  • Set cable tension

  • Center calipers

  • Function Test

• Essential Shifting

  • Minor gear adjustments as needed for improved shifting performance

  • Cable tension checked and adjusted as needed

  • Limit screws checked for proper gear range

  • Bikes requiring further adjustment may be recommended for a Level 2 Service

Level 2 - Performance Tune Up — $140
Spring/Opening Sale - $80

For bikes that need proper adjustment and performance restoration.

This service builds on the Level 1 Essential Tune Up by allowing for a deeper assessment of issues identified during inspection.
We focus on restoring braking and shifting performance through full mechanical adjustments and more detailed cleaning, ensuring your bike is running smoothly and reliably.

✔️ Includes:

Everything in Level 1 - Essential Tune Up, PLUS:

Service Work

• Bike frame is washed, dried, and polished

• Deep drivetrain clean (chain, derailleurs, crank, cassette - serviced in place)

• Wheels removed for cleaning and inspection

• Full brake service inspection and servicing

  • Pads removed, inspected, and cleaned or replaced as needed (parts extra)

  • Calipers cleaned and pivot points lubricated for smooth operation

  • Braking surfaces fully cleaned (rim or rotor)

  • Cable systems reset and optimized (mechanical brakes)

• Complete gear adjustment and indexing

  • Cable tension reset and fine tuned across all gears

  • Derailleurs lubricated and adjusted

  • Limit screws properly set and verified

  • Indexing tested under load

Final Check

• Full systems check after adjustments

• Test ride (when applicable)

Junior Tune (20" & Under) — $40

Simple and effective service for kids' bikes.

✔️ Includes:

Cleaning & Lubrication

• Full bike wash (soap & water, frame-safe cleaning)

• Wheel surface clean

• Light drivetrain refresh (no full degrease)

• Chain lubrication

Service Work

• Brake adjustment (if applicable)

• Gear adjustment (if applicable)

• Tire pressures set

Safety Check

• Full systems check after adjustments, bolts and cables checked for torque

⚠️ Notes:

Larger youth bikes may require a Tune-Up depending on components
Heavily worn or damaged components (chains, gears, wheels) may require replacement rather than adjustment
Parts not included. Any required parts and installation charges will be discussed before proceeding.

Bike Assembly Service — $70

Perfect for new bikes purchased online or in-box

We properly assemble and safety-check your bike so it is ready to ride with confidence (E-bikes not currently offered at this time)

• Handlebar installation & alignment

• Front wheel installation

• Pedal installation

• Seat and seat post setup

• Brake setup and safety check

• Gear check and basic adjustment

• Tire inflation to proper pressure

• Full bolt check and tourqe verification

• Chain lubrication

• Safety inspection

Final adjustments are limited to basic setup
Heavily misaligned components due to shipping may require a Tune-Up
Not all boxed bikes are equal - additional work may be required
Parts & additional accessories not included. Any required parts and installation charges will be discussed before proceeding.

⚠️ Service Limitations

To ensure quality and reliability, come specialized services are not offered at this time. The following services are not available:

• Suspension service or rebuilds (front forks or rear shocks)

• Dropper post service or rebuilds

• E-Bike service

• Electronic shifting systems (e.g. Di2, AXS) including diagnostics or setup

• Firmware updates or electronic component troubleshooting
